Application Details
Use this application to apply for the CEI Graduate Fellowship. Applications for the upcoming academic year are due by 11:59 pm on May 1. The application process occurs during spring quarter, allowing us to make decisions and inform both students and departments by early June.
Applicants are responsible for ensuring that referees have sufficient time to submit their reference by the May 1 deadline. Please note that recommendation letters are also due May 1st at 11:59pm. Both letters of recommendation must be received for the application to be considered complete. CEI will send your references a follow up email within a few days of your application submission. Referees must submit letters using the Letter of Recommendation Submission Form link on the CEI Graduate Fellow webpage: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/WSmUMPHNf4 .
Referees will NOT be automatically notified upon submission of this application form – please reach out to your references directly with your request for a letter, and provide the link mentioned above for them to upload their letters.
