The Clean Energy Research Experience for Teachers program is for local community college, tribal college, and K-12 teachers who have the goal of integrating clean energy research into their curriculum. Instructors are immersed in a research lab where they concentrate on learning a technique. Participants translate the research into a lab that can be used at their home institutions with minimal equipment capability.
This program provides a stipend of $8,000.

This program is open to U.S. citizens or permanent residents who are not currently employees at the University of Washington.
