OPEN-ACCESS FACILITIES TO ACCELERATE CLEAN ENERGY RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND DEPLOYMENT

CEI is creating new facilities to reduce the time and capital needed to translate research discoveries into scalable energy products. CEI ensures open access to state-of-the-art research and development instruments and research staff expertise at its Washington Clean Energy Testbeds. The Testbeds and a new Center for Advanced Materials and Clean Energy Technologies elevate UW, Seattle, and the region as a clean energy research and technology hotbed.
